| Internet Access | | All Branches provide free Internet access, with one hour bookings. Use of the Internet is available on a self help basis.

| Internet Training Sessions | | Internet training sessions are run at the Sunbury Library, with "Introduction To The Internet" and "Introduction To Email" classes available. For more details and bookings please phone Sunbury Library on 9356 6970.

| Net.help | | Want to use the Internet and send and receive emails but don’t know how?
The Net.Help program can help you unlock the mysteries of the Internet and email by providing personalised, one-on-one training. Under the guidance of trained volunteers, you can learn to surf and search the Internet, use browsers, set up web based emails and send and receive emails.
Net.Help sessions are free and are held at the Hume Global Learning Centre. To book and arrange a time to get individual assistance call the Hume Global Learning Centre on 9356-6999 to register your interest.

| Inter Library Loans | | We can acquire items not held in our collection through inter library loan.
