Public Speaking and Content Creation Workshops at the Broadmeadows Library
Join us at the Next Level Young Creatives workshops during the 2022 Victorian Youth Fest.
Take your public speaking and social media game to the next level! These workshops lead you through fun, practical strategies to boost your confidence. Connect with other young people who are interested in content creation.
All workshops are for young people aged 15-24 years. The workshops will be held at the Hume Global Learning Centre - Broadmeadows. Light snacks will be provided.
Please note: You can only register one participant per Eventbrite form. Tickets close 2 business days prior to the activity date to allow for all information to be processed.
The Next Level Young Creative program is hosted by the Youth Engagement and Pathways Unit and Hume Libraries, and is supported by the Victorian Government.
Public Speaking | Monday 19 September 2022 | 3PM to 4PM
Learn how to pitch your idea and how to be a more confident speaker via modern-day platforms such as TEDx Talk. Presented by Jahin Tanvir - Breathe.
Content Creation | Thursday 29 September 2022 | 3PM to 4.30PM
Ignite your innovative thinking and explore how to create creative content. Participate in improv and acting games, followed by learning how present in front of the camera. Presented by Cihan, youth worker and actor.
